Vers. 5.0.1 issue about files with video

I have several files containing video in my folders. Well, after last update i only see black strips in correspondance of those files: double click loads the audio but I see neither the video nor all the information on the file. Help

Edit: I realised that the ‘ghost’ videos are those in QuickTime format. That is, before it worked with both mpeg-4 and QuickTime videos, now only with mpeg-4… tell me I don’t have to convert everything!
