Very low volume using iPad Pro with the reloop mixon4

Hi have problem with the volume using my iPad Pro with the mixon4.

Using the same speakers lots of my colleagues have much more volume then me.
Sometimes I need to use all the volume and the max of the gain…
This is happened after the latest release?
Could someone have look into it?

I asked support and they said if you use XLR the volume is higher. It doesn’t like a problem with your unit, so like a design thing. Need to put the master almost 100% to send high volume signal from the mixer.
