Video disappear after 15 sec.

I will play out some *.mp4 clips in the 2 deck configuration.
Both Player show the same:
clip loaded
starting clip - 15 sec. Video then black screen.
Audio will play all the time.
Stop Play and start again - 15 sec. Video then black

Any idea ?

could you tell us if you are referring to the vjay integration of the djay Pro iPad or Mac software?

I know this has been a while, but do you recall if you were using the “Match” feature along with automix turned on when this happened?
