We are not hiding any information, every channel of contacting us is treated equally. The problem is that we still can not figure out how to reproduce your GUI texture problem and the Crossfader issue.
Also if we are asking follow up questions, this might be annoying but sometimes the information shows the problem in a different perspective.
Regarding the crossfader problem, I for myself have the feeling that I heard about such an issue long time ago and I am in the process of gathering information about it.
It would be great if you can send us the Output the controller is sending displayed by MIDI Monitor, that would help us a lot.
Please stay tuned for further information, I know this might be frustrating but as I was not able to reproduce the jumping crossfader yesterday I will try it again today.
