Vjay shunt down after loading on my iPad, why?

Hi, when I press Vjay icon, Vjay foot screen open, and shunt down immediately.
I use iPad Air with last IOS, and 800Mo memory free.
No probleme with Djay.

What does “shunt down” mean?

Delete and reinstall so it doesn’t shunt down.

sorry, When I click on the icon to launch Vjay, I have the Vjay home page that appears, then vjay closes.
Impossible to use it.
