WEGO-4 Jog Wheels not tracking the same as the app. The jog wheel has to be moved more to get the same rotation on the app display.

If the tape marker on the app is at 12 o’clock and I spin the jog wheel from 12 o’clock to 6 o’clock the app is only at 7-8 o’clock.

The WEGO 4 jog wheel moves slower than the app display. How can this be fixed?
