WeGo4 syncproblem android (Samsung TabA)

Hi!
Did just bought a WeGo4-unit, I’m using android, both Samsung S7 Edge(phone) and Samsung TabA . 12 month old, running android 5.0.
Nothing happens when connect with cable to WeGo4. Tried to update DeJay2 app, restart all, other cables etc, nothing works…

The world is bigger than apple… please help

we are sorry to hear that. Could you try to download a midi monitor app and see if the controller is being identified by your phone?

Did you solve your problem
I have galaxy note 5 and tab S2 with android 7 and nothing works.
Use an OTG cable and nothing-

How did you connect, which cables did you use?
