When cueing up a video the output signal always cuts out

When I’m using videos, if I cue up one video in a given deck while the other deck is playing then the output visual cuts out for a few seconds.

It’s really annoying! Does anyone have a solution?

Using MacOS Monterey 12.6.3 / Macbook Air 13 inch early 2015, 1.6Ghz processor, 4GB memory

Issue occurs in both Djay Pro 2 (version 2.2.8) and DJ Pro AI (version 4.1.5).
