I’m handling out likes like there no tomorrow just by swiping on my iPhone 
This is the first time I’ve encountered this on any platform on any forum.
How can I reverse the accidental likes?
Tap the heart 
icon again, that should reverse your accidental touch of the heart.
If the icon is blue , you’ve liked it, if it’s an empty outline you haven’t.
Touch a blue heart to revert it back to an outline.
