When loading iTunes library to DJpro I get "request failed:gateway timed out (504)"

Hi,
I have recently discovered when I try to load iTunes to DJpro I am getting the error code “request failed:gateway timed out(504) Please try again” almost immediately after I select iTunes icon. When I retry the same happens again, it starts to load the library and fails. I haven’t had this issue before and it only happens with iTunes. I have check and I have the latest DJPro version so could anyone enlighten me on what is going on?

  1. What Mac model are you using?
  2. What djay version are you using?
  3. Do you have a VPN enabled on your Mac?
  4. Does this issue happen when connected to cellular wifi hotspots or other wifi setups?

Thank you for your response, I will try and answer as best I can.

  1. Its Macbook Pro from 2010
  2. Djay version 5.2.3
  3. Not that I am aware of.
  4. It happens on WiFi and cellular hot spots.

Could you please sign out of Apple Music in djay and log back in to see if the issue is fixed?
