The samples are located in the Music/djay/Samples folder in your home folder. You can add other samples to your samples library in djay by dragging any audio files into this folder. djay will automatically find them the next time you open the Sampler window.
I did this but it doesn’t there in tha sampler window.

Please open one of the sampler pad menus. What if you select a different “folder” from the dropdown menu?
