Hi @djchuck, welcome to the Community!

  1. Did you create a djay Account on your Android device first? Managing your djay account, subscription, and cross-platform access | Algoriddim Support
  2. If you already have a djay Account and are logged into it using the same email address and password, please try restoring purchases. Restoring a djay subscription | Algoriddim Support
  3. Please let me know if the instructions above help or not. Thanks!

I keep getting pop up that says “NO Subscription Found”

Yes, I set up the account on the andoid device first,

When I try to sign in on desktop it wont recognize the account. I tried the
“Restore Purchase” button and it said “no account found” and it take me to
the screen to purchase, which I have already done.

I keep getting pop up that says “NO Subscription Found”
