Workflow for creating stem loops?

Not able to find much on thus subject nod in currently finding the process far too time consuming.

Any tips?

Objective is…

Split a track into stems.
Create 8, 16, 24 or 32 bars
use logic pro for iPad to trigger loops (others would no doubt typical use abelton but i‘m trying to stick with iPad)
Create unique arrangements live.
Sync to djay pro or other using abolition link.

To be clear though the bottleneck is creating loops from the stems.
