Okay, not sure if you’d like to cancel your order, but I’m pretty sure I found a better deal (419). PM me in case you’re interested. :+1:t3:

G’Day Mate, My Brother just got one and you can manually map it. i did it for him with Djay’s very easy Mapping system. we had the 24c used as a mixer for 2 Decks and a K2 used for transport controls, FX, Library navigation and also Stems. i am sure it will be supported soon but being only 2 channels it will take you 2 minutes to map.. or i can send you the mapping

Thanks for sharing @JC_Records

Did you setup Djay DVS on the Xone 24C with mac or windows?

@JC_Records

Could your share / send the mapping? Thanks.

Hi Mate, (Windows 11 Home 25H) No DVS, we use the 24c as a standard 2 channel mixer and have the K2 running through XLink and then use that for everything else. Like transport controls play/pause, Sync, Cue etc. and then whatever else we want.. if you have a 24c its a great addition to have the new K3 is exactly the same.. i have a few different mappings for those too.. with the 24c it has 3 different Modes accessed like this..

To change modes you turn the mixer off.. hold down channel 1 and 2 cue buttons. Turn the mixer on while still holding the cue buttons for 3 seconds. Release and the Aux channel cue button will flash rapidly..
press button for mode

Aux filter = Stream Mode
Ch 1 filter = DVS Pro Mode
Ch 2 filter = Daw Mode

Daw Mode is the one you want so it sends the MIDI signal so you can map the 24c how you want it.. and Use DVS pro if you are using Control Vinyl.. i will set up a Git Hub Repo and put all my mappings and info in there for everyone to share and contribute.. Stand by.

I’m a fairly technical hard & software guy, but I’ve never owned a ‘classic’ mixer like this with midi out. So I sort of don’t get what happens when you e.g. map your EQ knobs.

I get the out midi part so you can map it to anything you want on the software side, but that doesn’t disable the hardwired EQ on the mixer, right? Or does it? But what’s the use if it doesn’t?

Somehow this is nowhere to be found in the docs. Must be really straightforward then, but I don’t get it.

I’ll figure it out in a week or two anyways, but still…

Hi @Mister_Tuur, the device will still be used in External Mixer Mode so the EQing is done within the hardware. The MIDI simply allows the onscreen controls to match what the hardware shows.
