Xone96 browsing library and navigating / loading track without rotary knob

Hello, i’m studying the xone:96 mixer integration with djay pro.

There is no rotary with on the xone available to midi mapping according to https://www.allen-heath.com/content/uploads/2023/06/X96_MIDI-Control-Overview.pdf

How it possible to launch browser, navigate and loack track without having rotary midi ? Can we open browser, do next track / previous track with click of a midi button ? and then load ?

Hi @ndmind1, yes, you can definitely MIDI map these functions to buttons instead of a rotary control.

1. Please refer to this FAQ article regarding MIDI Mapping on iOS: https://help.algoriddim.com/hc/en-us/articles/360016055199-How-do-I-MIDI-map-a-controller-on-djay-for-iOS
2. Start by simply pressing the button that you want to map to Library controls.
3. Set your Target to Music Library. You will find all of the Actions you need within this sub-section.
4. Now set the Action to the desired MIDI Command like Toggle Library Expanded.
