Summary of the issue:
See previous post, which I would have updated if it wasn’t hidden by the spam detector.
How to reproduce the issue:
I’ve done more troubleshooting and been able to confirm what is causing this problem. 24 bit ALAC files work fine in Djay Pro for Windows. 16 bit ALAC files do not.
If I take a 16 bit ALAC file and convert it to FLAC, or to 24 bit ALAC, it works. If I convert it back to a 16 bit ALAC file, it doesn’t.
I’m sort of bemused that I’m the first person to find this…?
