Auto-mix feature is skipping several songs?

Hi there folks—

Fully updated Mac & updated DJ pro before my gig this evening — once I loaded my preset playlist for the night into auto mix, it loaded & then skipped more than half my songs.

Kept getting an error message saying “URL TO ALGORIDDIM 400” and some other tech gibberish. Have another night coming up on Thursday. Any solutions?

I hardwired Ethernet, speed test was AMAZING, I have had issues before — but never this bad. I can hardly play any of my music this evening.

I use both streaming services “Apple & Tidl”

Hi @JamesLaJohnson97, I suspect this is an issue with Apple Music and not Automix. We are aware of an issue with Apple Music streaming service on Apple’s side of things as discussed here (Some Apple Music songs not loading). Were are working closely with Apple to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Please retest with another streaming service like TIDAL and let me know if the issue persists. Thanks!
