Wooooow. I have just started my trial today with a view of getting rid of Rekordbox and moving over to djay pro. Was pulling my hair out trying to find this feature, and it’s not even in the software? but this seems like a massive oversight, and is enough to make me not want to move over now.

I wouldn’t let one feature hold you back mate. Djay pro grids are number one in the game with grids and stems that are right up there to. Always updating and always listening to user base. Obviously down to you but if I was you I’d stick around. What controller do you have?

Hey! Any feedback here will be appreciated when it comes to this.
Currently I am on a full DVS setup with Rekordbox, but I only play around as a hobby/at friends parties these days, so was genuinely looking and moving over to the Mixtour Pro at home, and then being able to plug in my iPad for when I go play at parties.
Still trying to get my head whether I can use with iPad with CDJs etc when the need comes.
So yeh that’s the direction I was looking at going. I really dislike the cheap little feeling controllers (eg FLX4), but then also don’t want to spend £1500 on a big controller just for home use, which is why I am looking at the Mixtour. I know it’s sync based, but I’ve been DJing for 20 years so not bothered about beat matching anymore.
Hey. There are quite a few forum members who use mixtour pro and love it. I don’t have that one myself. As far as I am aware iPad isn’t compatible with Cdj’s. With you using rekordbox with DVS I take it you have laptop/mac for that?
iPad and mixtour pro would be a great compact option. Laidback Luke goes on tour with Mixtour pro, plugs it in to house system and boom away he goes. Think he even users CDJ as iPhone stand.

I’m new to ADJ and really loving it. Previously was using Traktor and Rekordbox. This really is an essential feature. Would love to see it implemented in a similar fashion to how its done in Traktor. Or any easy way to see the number of beats/bars to a cue point, or point in the track on waveform with mouse over.
