I only bought the new iPad for the app and pro mixer and tried tonight and could not even load the first track.

Guys. Can I suggest all Beatport customers complain to Beatport as I have. I know it’s not their doing but if enough users mention that they can no longer buy from the site until this issue is sorted,then they might put some pressure on Apple.
The Algoriddim fix is not good enough as if I do a mix,the track that crashes fcks up the track playing before being able to re-load and play it again.
Basically your fcked if you play out or want to record a mix that involves Beatport tracks…funny how all ITunes tracks work

But if companies such as Beatport are made aware by more users than me that their tracks crash since the iOS update then they might also get involved.
Algoriddim have at least tried to address the problem and they say have taken issue up with Apple. It needs more Companies that are affect by this update to do the same.
I,m not buying Beatport tracks anymore until this is sorted.

Your fix is okay if your just playing in the house but not if you need to actually use it properly .

It looks like we have been forgotten about. Algoriddim have done their best but its not worked so they have given up . Apple don’t care as we are insignificant.
The fact that no one from the Company has replied since the update tells me that they have run out of ideas and are hoping that we will all loose interest and forget about it. Piss poor customer service and I will never trust this company again.
I have already made arrangements to sell the mixer that I bought for an app that does not work properly and going to Traktor. Leaving this Toy DJ app aimed at non DJ,s who incidentally are the ones who rave about as they are clueless…

Can everyone email Beatport and tell them that they cannot buy tunes from them anymore and why.
I have done so but it would be good if they got more complaints and took it seriously.
This is not an djay problem but ios. I have the same issue with playing the odd track in the ipod and on the traktor app.
We need to get on apples case to fix the issue
Hopefully they are talking to apple to find a solution as when we call them they just deny there is a problem and talk to you as though you are an idiot.

Totally agree, I have been on the phone to Apple and they will not admit that they are at fault. Hopefully Algoriddim have a bit more shout than us mere customers of Apple.
I know this is an issue with Apples latest update as I did a full restore of my ipad and didn’t install either djay or traktor. I then opened the ipod app and chose the singles page. Then quickly jump from track to track and now and again the app would freeze completely and not play the track or freeze and then play a different track altogether.
I also have the same problem on my iphone in the car where it would freeze or jump to a completely random track.
I hope Algoriddim are currently in talks with Apple as they are denying a problem.
Can some of you also try the steps above to see if you get the same results. I had to quickly play around 20 songs or so, a few seconds each and the problem would occur.
I am also having major issues with Traktor since the latest update.
The reason the vast majority of the public don’t report this is because the odd freeze they wouldn’t notice too much.
I would try if I knew how to do it. I am currently converting my mp3’s to AAC to see if that makes any difference
I think I have found a temporary solution.
I have converted all my MP3’s to AAC format using iTunes and then removed the MP3’s and synced with my iPad.
It seems as though it has worked as the iPod app, DJAY and Traktor all seem to be working OK now. I will post again if I have any further issues, but it seems to be an issue with MP3 file formats.
Give it a try and see how you get on 
Yep converting to AAC format works. Right click on all your tracks and select convert to AAC and then remove the mp3 formats.
A good workaround until the ass clowns at Apple sort out there dog poo ios update.
Just done a 2 hour mix with no issues at all.
Is there a predicted time for this update ? We know this is a iOS problem I also have traktor and its happening on that and the standard music app but would be nice to get back to some trouble free mixing and recording we all invest a lot of money into what we love doing so be good to get what we pay for.

I’m also having the same problems with traktor and standard music app no doubts this is a apple software issue, there where never any problems before latest updates so don’t know what everyone’s going on about, still this has been going on for too long and we’re not getting enough info on the situation, regardless of who’s fault this is just seems like no one gives a shit anyway, apple are not in the slightest interested and push the blame to algoriddim and who knows what algoriddim are doing as we just get “we’re doing are best” and still hasn’t give us a clue as to when this update will be ready !
Converting each track will take for ever. Seriously if this is as far as algoriddims got its a joke, get on to apple and sort this out. I’m done with this app I’m just going to write off the money I spent on my vestax and the app and make sure I do not recommend this app to anyone like I have in the past
It’s just a joke we’ve had hardly any updates on the situation apple aren’t interested, the little guy gets shit on again. Notice the app is still for sale even tho it doesn’t work and numark and vestax products for this app are still on sale. How about you get some of the money your making and put it to use trying to sort this pile of shit out!
Have you tried doing a mix? Downloaded the update got about 4 tracks into a mix and crashed so its not worked for me
