Since I updated to version 5.2.11033.0, I can’t enable Crossfader FX. Yesterday, I could do it with the previous version.

Hello, since yesterday my DJay Pro 5.2 is lagging non-stop. I use it on my Windows computer and when i try to activate the Crossfader FX to synchronize with the Next music does not work… I have deleted and reinstalled the app several times but the problem is still there.

Hi again @Chirro_Peres and @Lukitoz can you please confirm if this issue is with a specific CFX type or with all types? For example, can you please try selecting a non-Neural Mix CFX type like EQ, Filter or Fade? Thanks!
This issue happens to me with any type of effect, including Fade and Filter. It occurs on two completely different computers: my home laptop running Windows 10, where I’m logged in with my Pro account, and my work desktop computer running Windows 11, where I’m not logged in with any account.
Every time I try to activate Crossfader FX, the effects window closes, and Crossfader FX does not activate.
This has been happening since I updated to the latest version.
This morning, at work, I was using the previous version, and I confirmed that Crossfader FX worked correctly. I updated to the latest version, and now it no longer works.

Yes. At home I have Pioneer DDJ-SB2 pluged in, at work I haven’t any DJ controller.

Hi, I have exactly the same problem as @Chirro_Peres . Before creating this Topic, I was on Windows 10. Then I downloaded Windows 11 because i thought it was a compatibility problem with the Computer and the App. But after lauching DJay i see that the problem is still there.
DJay version : 5.2. 11033.0
Windows version 11
Computer : Lenovo LAPTOP-5QVOTMTO
DJ Controller : DDJ-200
