I am using a DDJ FLX-10 with Djay Pro, and it is a killer combo.
One of the major gripes I have, comparing it to how Rekordbox and Virtual DJ work on the FLX-10, is that when I switch the pads function on the controller, the display in the UI doesn’t change correspondingly (it always shows PadFX). For instance, when I switch to Hot Cues, I’d expect it to be reflected on the computer screen too.
Another suggestion is to make the effects assigned to each pad customizable (level, stem, duration, beats, etc.). Currently, they are not (you can only change what you want to be assigned to a specific pad), and some of them I find too loud, weak, etc. Rekordbox has these customization options done quite well - you can check their implementation.
