Since 5.2 it’s supported.

Since 5.2 we can’t custom-map anymore some of the FLX-10’s knobs, buttons…
( like Sound Color Fx or Level / Depth… even the COLOR Knob)
Why is that ?
With vers 5.1.7 we had access to all parameters…

Hey Olivier,
do you know where is located the setting that enable visual infos on the jog wheels ? (since 5.2)
If i could copy from plist editor that feature from 5.2 to 5.17, that would be a nice bonus in the meantime.

do you guys know a workaround to fully be able to edit / personalize all parameters from DDJ-FLX10?
Some knobs have been locked since v5.2 unfortunately

Yes, since official mapping, impossible to change some knobs.
it’s sad.

The official mapping still doesn’t match the perfect VirtualDJ FLX10 mapping.
it could be much better…

And the Noise FX could be better :slight_smile:
in pioneer NOISE FX work even if you have no sound.
in DJAY you need to have Sound to hear FX noise.

Don’t understand why they don’t emulate all genuine Pioneer FX like Serato or VirtualDJ…

it’s sad because i find that the Audio quality is better on DJAY Pro.

Hi Oliver, I tried your mapping.
I noticed that the hot key colors are not supported in your mapping (eg if a hot key in the software is “red”, it is not red on the controller). Is that for a reason and can that be reset to “factory setting” for this part with limited effort?

I don’t like the factory Color FX either and would like to change those by re-mapping. Is there an option to reinstall that?

Sorry for the late reply,
i couldn’t find a way to re-enable color FX midi mapping even with plist editor.
So i’m stuck with v 5.17 since… :face_exhaling:

V5.31 and we still can’t remap Color Fx or Level / Depth etc..
Come on Algoriddim, do something for me please :folded_hands:

How is that possible that we lost those mapping options?

Could you please tell me if i’m definitely stuck with v5.17 ? because each time i check new versions, i have big hopes..

I can’t benefit from all improvements and added features and.. that’s pretty frustrating.

So please Slak-Jaw, could you talk about this FLX-10 issue to the devs ?
Are they planning to fully unlock the mapping as it was before ?
