Hi @djbo, thanks for the screenshots, and sorry for the slow reply. You’re right, and it isn’t specific to the XP2. djay doesn’t currently track or show which deck a controller’s deck-switch button has selected, so there’s no on-screen highlight like the one you’re used to in rekordbox. Right now that state only lives inside the controller.
There’s already a suggestion for exactly this, so I’ve merged your topic into it: Add visual indicator for selected deck. Please give it a vote. It helps us show the team how many 4-deck controller users are running into this.
In the meantime, can you use the deck-select button lights on the XP2 and FLX10 as your check before hitting play or stop?
