I am really disappointed and upset. It has been 8 months that this controller has been in the market and it is still not supported by this software, but is supported by all other major DJ software.
Worst part is that I paid for DJay Pro license and cant even use it ⌠I WILL MAKE SURE PEOPLE ARE AWARE OF THIS BEFORE THEY ATTEMPT TO PURCHASE A PRODUCT WITH POOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT.
Then please tell me how to get reimbursed for license purchase. Since I canât use the software, then you have breached your terms of service.
No wheree, it doesnât seem to be supported. I purchased my license while I was using a ddj-sx2 which I had for 1 months then upgraded to the 8000

I have waited 8 months for mappings to be released or formal support ,every other large software maker supports it, but then again, your agenda seems to be focused on trolling others. Exacetly. When I mentioned this a few months ago, I was attacked by many on this forum. Now many of those same people are also frustrated. LOL.
The answer is simple, stop supporting this product. Unfortunately companies need to realize revenue loss before they take action on customer concerns and request.
When was even the last time someone from this company jumped on this thread and provided a meaningful response other than⌠we are still working on it?
What was the last time anyone from this company posted any type of update about this? That should answer all your questions, in other words, it isnât going to happen. They donât care about customer service or experience. All of us need to do ourselves a favor and use a different piece of software and move your business to a company that cares about its irevenue and customers. Garbage company was quick to charge me a license fee for a product that has no upkeep with the market or its competitors.
Agree, that is why this software has been favorable amongst all of us. Spotify Is amongst its best feature. But how do you continue to support a company who doesnât support you as the user?

Never. Controller has been out for a long while and if there is no mapping by now, itâs very obvious that we will never get it. Consider buying another software or change your controller.
