I’ve seen this happen before. As it turns out, after a certain amount of days without a subscription, it will not load anymore. When you get a paid subscription to Spotify it will start loading again.
Wrong. Just bought a Mac Pro just to use the DJ PRO software and cannot connect to Spotify! I have a wedding go in the morning and I’m screwed!
I’m having the same issue. Spotify loads on WiFi but not on cellular data. Please fix!
I had problems with it loading when using T-Mobile. It’s been pretty good with ATT or on good WiFi.

Tracks from spotify playlists in some cases are not loaded at all …
For example, it seems impossible to listen “GHOSTBUSTERS” …but there are other cases !!!
- SAME PROBLEM WI-FI or 3G
- logged in to Spotify e-mail
- Stay logged in … with ipad it is not requested (only with pc this option is selectable)
CLARIFICATIONS: Generally, playlists are read (95%) … only some songs do not load inexplicably.
I use Spotify Premion e DjPRo …
the problems started after the updates 1.0.12 / 1.0.13 /1.0.14
NO no error message is reported … only some songs do not load … there seems to be no logic in these errors

Logged into my free Spotify account via the DJ 2 App./ and my Spotify app.
the DJ2 app can play offline itunes tracks, But DJ2 app wont load spotify tracks, but i can browse my Spotify library in the DJ2 app. I would get premium to play for a crowd…but until I can successfully play even just one track from spotify with the DJ2 app, I won’t.
Would really like to see a solution to this, otherwise the app totally looses its appeal!

Ah interesting, yes I assumed this, but thought that it was supposed to play Spotify tracks from free accounts, only difference would be advert interiptions, not ‘unloadable tracks’. It never loads for me, from day 1. I’m awaiting a reply from algoriddmy via email. Will share it here if it’s useful.
I’m logged into Spotify app on iPad mini with email account. I’m connecting the iPad mini via WiFi.
Is dj2 made so that you cannot play any tracks from a free Spotify account? Or is it made so that you can, but the adverts will interrupt, which creates the incentive to go premium? If it’s confirmed that it’s the former then the solution is obvious. If it’s the latter… then there is still a solution required.
AH ok. Are algoriddim aware of this?
I’ve tried two different WIFI connections…and all Spotify track show don’t load inexplicably, with no error messages.
