I checked by connecting the MIXTOUR to a Mac and having a look at System-Information/USB - there the mixtour shows up as v1.07. I assume iOS and OS X use the same firmware on the MIXTOUR, correct? Or should I double-check on an iPAD?
I can confirm, the iPad shows v1.07 as well.
It looks like I came across a solution: would anyone having the same problem check their settings of the Audio-Limiter-Switch within the settings-menu? since I flipped that off the mixtour doesn’t seem to disconnect anymore… tried with djay 2 and djay Pro running 10.0.2 on an iPad mini 3… can anyone confirm?
I checked again this morning using my iPhone 6 with beta 10.1 installed. interestingly flipping the audio-limiter-switch on that device leads to djay 2 and mixtour playing without disconnecting only as long as you do not start to work on the second turntable. as soon as one does, mixtour disconnects. but if one lets turntable 1 play on it’s own it works - which it didn’t before. now… this is up to the coders to find the problem…
unfortunately I cannot - no. since I flipped that limiter switch (and only that!) to off it works - setting it back to on again keeps the system working. seems like any initialization had taken place by flipping it off the first time. also as mentioned above, I cannot reproduce this on my iPhone running iOS 10.1 beta.
within the djay-software “einstellungen/erweitert/Audio-Limiter” (probably translates to settings in djay/advanced/Audio-Limiter"
