Djay pro new update broke Beatport Login

Getting the same issue as @Patrick_Shannon - extremely frustrating! Have tried re-installing multiple times.

PLEASE FIX ASAP!

PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP. Both BeatPort and BeatSource have the same issue. How are we supposed to do our pro DJ gigs without access to our music?? And you guys barely acknowledging this issue will really deter a lot of users from using the program as their professional tool.

Mac OS version working again but Beatport log in on iOS now broken. Please fix asap for the sake of people who count on your programs for professional gigs. Thank you.

Yep same here. Really need a fix on this otherwise I will have to look for alternative solutions. Can’t wait forever.

We’re two months into this, and I’m only paying for Beatport for its use with DJay. I only paid for DJay for its use with Beatport. So will we be compensated for the lack of function? When can we expect to use this program again?

Open finder → GO tab → hold down the OPTION key and the Library option will show → navigate to Containers, Djay Pro AI, Data, Library, Application Support, Djay Pro AI, Beatport

Delete the following file:
u.txt

There should be another (or multiple) folder labeled just numbers ex:1535033, inside that folder you will find 3 files to delete:
u.txt
i.txt
r.txt

You should have at minimum deleted 4 files, if there are more than 1 numbered folder (ex:1535033) then repeat the process to delete the u,r,and i.txt files in each folder.

Is there a forecast for a fix for this on iOS?

I solved that by deleting the app and reinstalling

I can’t log in to Beatport/Beatsource when I’m in preview mode, every time after I click the log in button, nothing happened, no log in page. The only way that works is to delete the app from my iPad and re install it. But I’m tired of always doing this kinda back & forth, especially because I don’t wanna analyze all my tracks again and again! Any one have faced this kinda problem or have a solution for this? Is this some sort of bug of version 4.0.13? I have to wait for update to solve it?

Hi there. I am having this exact same issue. It is to say the least, frustrating. I get a “You are in preview mode.”. When I click either Log In option it states “Login is currently unavailable”. I am currently experiencing this on my Macbook Air and iPhone. For some reason it is working fin on my iPad Air. I have an active subscription to Beatport.

Could you please tell me the following for EACH of your 3 devices:

  1. Device Model
  2. OS version running on the device
  3. djay version currently running on the device

Could you please also share screenshots of the error messages you’re receiving, or a short screen recording of the problem, from your Mac and iPhone?

I am having a few issues.
There is a status bar above my Beatsource library that says:
“You are in preview mode. Tracks are limited to 1:30”

When I click the log in button, the following dialogue box appears:
“Login is not currently available. Please try again later.”

There is also another dialogue box with an embedded “Log in to Beatsource” button partially covering the library that says:
“For DJs who play everything. Millions of classics, new releases, and DJ edits. Curated playlists. Offline storage”

Same issue as above when I click the button.
Is this issue resolved yet?
