Flac files not being decoded properly in windows

Traktor Pro 4 latest, Rekordbox 7 latest, Virtual DJ 2024 latest, Serato DJ Pro v3 latest, Engine DJ 4 latest, Even Traktor DJ 2 and Deckadance DJ 2 that have been discontinued now for years still reads the meta data properly. Plus, various other media players/tag editors on windows reads the flac meta data properly. Maybe I am the only one having this problem, but I would find that hard to believe and if I am wrong then I guess this software his just not compatible with my flac files. You stated “(From my recent discussions with our engineering team, it seems that the issue is related to the Windows metadata APIs which would mean this is likely an issue on other DJ software as well.)” This was a quote from you, As I said I found no other DJ software that has this problem. But for some clarity if I use a file converter (dBpoweramp) and convert any of the flac file to aiff file Djay will see all the meta data that was already there but is now converted over from the flac file to aiff. So, I don’t think it’s a windows problem as you stated but a Djay Pro 5 problem. If after a year and no one has figure this out. :man_shrugging:
