Gigaport EX soundcard not working properly on my iPad

iPad mini 6
iPad OS 18.3.2
DJay 5.2.10
Audio Interface: ESI Gigaport eX

Only ch1-2 work on first connection with the app open then 0 channels after app restart.
Someone had the same problem as me here but They closed the subject. Here is a Picture/capture the Guy made explaining the issue
