A) PROBLEM SUMMARY:
- When some Neural effects (ex: Drum Swap) are assigned to the crossfader, the headphone cue output for the 2nd track (to be mixed to) is completely silent until after the crossfaded mix is begun.
B) DETAILED STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
-
Set crossfader FX to Neural FX Drum Swap (example)
-
Load deck one, place crossfader fully to deck one, begin playing
-
Load deck two, set headphone cue to deck two
-
Begin attempting to prepare mix-in point on deck two using headphone cue
-
No audio will be present on headphone output because of Neural FX mix setting
C) EXPECTED RESULTS:
- Expected that regardless of Neural FX mix to be present on main output, the headphone cue should always provide access to the track being prepared. Under no circumstances should it prevent all audio from being available in the headphone cue output
D) ACTUAL RESULTS:
- No audio will be present on headphone output because of Neural FX mix setting, making it very difficult to properly prepare the mix in point or to perform other actions with the secondary track
- Removing Neural FX from crossfader allows headphone cue output
