HID Mode Drifting

  • Device model (MBP M4 Base Model 16/512):
  • Version of operating system (latest sequoia):
  • Version of djay (5.4.2):
  • Hardware/controllers used (CDJ 3000 HID Mode & DJM A9):

drifting when using hid mode, as shown in the video, sometimes when this happen i cant hit play, thougt it was because of the bass vibration or cdj jog wheel problem, but this issue doesnt happen when using other software (serato and rekordbox) with the same equipment. tried to swap usb cables and usb hub too and still no luck.

just a little update,
this drifting problem happens both on vinyl and cdj mode on cdj 3000.
and last saturday, when cdj was already switch to play song from usb, drifting happens on the software.
sorry i forgot to record video.
very much looking forward to a fix of this issue.

5.5 hid mode with cdj 3000 still drifting, not as often as pre 5.5 tho. here’s the video.

update, 5.5.2 still had drifting, this problem affecting my play style. i do alot of chop mix, echo out and play, when drifting i cant press play the next song, had kinda awkward pause moment during sets, people starring at me like w-t-heck this dj doing hahaha.

i love playing with and everything about djay, but just because of this problem only, guess i’m back to SRT for now, please let me know in this thread if theres a fix for this drifting problem on the cdj 3000.
