How to find and add new Sample Packs?

Hi there,

In Djay, we have some pre-packed sample packs included, but I’m looking for additional sample packs, especially for DJs. The current ones seem to be from Loopmasters, if I’m not mistaken.

  • Who creates new Pre-populated packs for Djay?
  • How and where can I add new custom packs as a whole in DJay?

But it doesn’t answer my question about adding a pack.

The second article (which details how to add your own custom packs) doesn’t answer your “how do I add a pack” question? :face_with_diagonal_mouth:

Exactly. Because that’s about adding My Own Sample Pack I want to be able to add a Manufacturers Pack.

Would you care to be more specific than just saying “a manufacturer”?

Is there someone selling sample packs for Djay Pro that I’m not aware of?

If it’s just common or garden packs of WAVs then you add them as explained in the article.

…or maybe you’re expecting Djay Pro to import MPC packs, Maschine packs or something?

Hi @DJ_Big_Blender, djay does not have a direct integration with 3rd party soundpacks other than what are available within the Get More Packs button. If you want to add sounds from other 3rd party soundpacks you will need to add each sound manually as outlined in the FAQ you shared above. I hope that helps.
