It’s not a Djay Pro issue; it’s a Microsoft Store issue.
Have you tried googling this error code? I mean windows store 0x80072EFE. Basically, it means one of the Windows Store servers dropped your computer’s connection request but didn’t explain why.
It looks like there are many different possible causes for this error and a lot of suggested fixes you can try. There doesn’t seem to be one definitive solution, so you’ll need to go through them one by one.
The first things I would do in this situation anyway are to install all pending Windows updates and make sure the system time and date are set correctly.
