Numark will still repair your iDJ Live free of charge as far as we know. The 20% discount offer is no longer valid though.
You probably updated your iPad to iOS 6 or iOS 7, and your iDJ Live is not compatible with the new iOS version. Please contact Numark customer support and ask them to update your iDJ Live for iOS 6 compatibility.
If you iDJ Live controller doesn’t work with iOS 6 and iOS 7, please contact Numark technical support in your country to get your iDJ Live firmware updated.

iDJ Live is generally speaking compatible with iPad 4 via a lighting to 30-pin adapter.
However, if you have a unit, which is incompatible with iOS 6 or 7, please contact Numark Support as described above.

As it states in the sale of goods act 1979’ if the device/item does not work as intended or becomes faulty, the manufacturer is liable to repair, replace or refund, so you better pull ur fingers out & get a fix sorted asap or a lot of unhappy customers will be getting refunds…
