Hi Guys, if DJ Pro supports Mac now for DDJSR2 does that include iPad? I tried the USB connection from the iPad to the DDJSR2 and it kept saying hardware not supported. I restarted and updated the app a few times from the app store and I restarted the controller several times as well. All of a sudden it showed that it had detected a MIDI controller but none of the actual controls worked or did anything. Any help here appreciated.
Hey DJ HouseHead, i tried following the article for getting the headphone cuing to work but no luck. Several questions on the “configure audio device” menu on the DJAy Pro for Windows. do you have mixer mode set to internal or external? If internal are you just setting device to the asio and pre-cue to none? my cue button above volume never lights up when i press it to cue via headphones.
I figured out the pre-cueing thing and got it to work. You have to use the ASIO as Main Output device, and then you can plug in headphones to the laptop and select them for precuing device output. You can’t use the headphone jack on the SR2. That’s what i was doing wrong.
Zack Cox, yes saw they just added support on MAC, that gives me hope Windows will soon follow.
My only issue is the sound is terrible when using the ASIO bridge. Very poppy and lots of static. Anyone run into this and if so what is the fix? I’m using a 2017 surface pro.

my sr2 came today but i can not get the headphones to work properly, is this a known problem because theres just not enough options for configuring the sr2 inside djay pro for windows.
ive lost 2 hours messing about now, please help…
is anyone on this thread able to show me an sr2 operating fully under windows, specifically pre cueing because i am of the opinion that it doesnt work and never will as djpro only sees a 2 channel sound card no matter what you do…
just to conclude this without making a song and dance about it, support admitted last night that the precueing does not work any longer with the pioneer ddj sr2 and djpro for windows 10.
the main algorythm website has been changed to reflect my findings and persistance.
im now persueing a refund via microsoft store and have returned the ddj sr2.
for anyone reading this looking to get into djpro my advice is to do it via ios or a mac operating system favoringg the mac personally.
how ever as i am not a mac or ios person my journey ends here with djpro.
