Missing waveform and no audio M4A local file

@megaman24 @djfeliz @jmoak311 @Michael_Sumner our engineering team has another question. Many people tend to keep their music in a folder in Desktop, which is by default synced to iCloud. Can you please verify the following:

System Settings → Apple Account → iCloud → Drive → “Desktop & Documents Folders”: on or off?
System Settings → Apple Account → iCloud → Drive → “Optimize Mac Storage”: on or off? How much free disk space?

Looks like it’s still the same m4a thing I highlighted around 1.5 years back. Any news related to this issue that you can share? Was the engineering team able to replicate the problem?

Hi @Akrilovy, our team has done a lot of testing, but they have still not been able to reproduce this issue internally. They are still troubleshooting it…
