Algoriddim won’t share anything with us until it drops. It won’t I don’t think be in a release like 5.2.5 as it sounds too big of a release. If it’s only in development it could be sometime before we see it. Just my thoughts as like you I wait patiently for each release. What ever it is that’s coming it does sound exciting.

It might not even be something for djay Pro. It could be completely new software, or an upgrade to the separate (Mac only) Neural Mix Pro software. They were doing that VR thing as well.
Hey, maybe it’s an update to the Windows version, making it the same as the Mac?

@heysoundude that’s not how I would describe him at all actually. Especially, after having met him in person. Probably something more along the lines of a highly skilled, extremely knowledgeable and well respected, working DJ who provides very informative and unbiased DJ tech analysis.

Well said Slak Jaw! Some “influencers” are in that position because they’ve got decades of experience and know what they’re talking about. He’s not just there to get his face on screen.
Great response. Mojaxx is one of the most unbiased gear reviewer I know. Plus he’s a real tech innovation junkie.

Yeah. I like him too. It feels far more important than a simple software update to me though.

I honestly think it’s going to be a piece of hardware of some sorts. Sort of a giant touch screen DJ platform.

Angelo has ties with Reloop too - but they were at Algoriddim HQ. Unless that was so as not to give away the manufacturer? Hmmm
Angelo claims it’s as big as the move from analog to digital or DVS for example (both hardware related). Mojaxx even sort of agreed with that!
He didn’t say anything about stem separation, which to me personally is at least as big as the other two, but that’s purely software.
He also says we need to keep an open mind, so it could be a funky controller or (more) VR stuff for example. Or maybe multiple synced devices (dedicated decks)? Or online / streaming back 2 back gigs?
Not sure if I would call that “the next milestone” though. It’s a pretty bold claim for sure.
Yeah, some exclusive Reloop & Algo thing indeed. They’re pretty tight already.
