Music randomly speeding up plus Issues

I checked today, it was static but maybe i changed it while investigating before. Cannot confirm now

Can you please retest with Straight BPM and confirm if the issue is still happening?

Right not it’s working correctly, but I’ll keep watching. I believe that it never was set in dynamic. The bpm change is still there on static mode. It only shows because of anchor

Thanks for the follow up. Glad to hear it’s working properly now. Just let me know if the issue returns. Thanks!

Unfortunately, same behavior still

Thanks for the video @Akrilovy. I was not able to replicate this using the same songs and Straight BPM on my setup so I have forwarded this to the engineering team. I’ll let you know when I hear back. Thanks!

EDIT: Do you still experience this issue if you remove that extra beatgrid Anchor that you set? On my device it works fine and I don’t have that anchor set.

Without anchor everything is fine, so this book change behavior is the thing. I

Thanks for confirming @Akrilovy

The issue above with the music slowing down is definetly related to resources management. My Air m1 with 8 gigs RAM was doing it periodically, but a week back I upgraded to M4 pro with 24 gigs ram, forgot all about it, thank god.

still encountering the BPM changes (anchor related) and loops exiting themselves randomly regardless haha.

Thanks for the update @Akrilovy. I will share this with the team.

Well, this thing with sync is still coming up
I’ll just leave this here

I don’t understand why you’re pressing sync. You only have one track playing. There’s no need to sync to anything, but you have sync enabled on the left (non playing) deck and on the right deck.

???

I’m showing the fact, that despite only one track playing it’s still happening

Thanks for the video @Akrilovy. I’ll share it with engineering.

Hi again @Akrilovy, does this always (or more often) happen when the previous song is the one in the video on the left deck (Perdoa Coracao)? It would be good to know if this is related to a specific song. If not that, it would be great if you could identify a path of steps that you believe increase the likelihood of the issue happening. Thanks!

It is not song specific, happens with different tracks, but I’ll try my best to identify attributes or similarities for the encountered problems.

Thank you @Akrilovy, I’ll pass this info on.

So, somehow it tries to sync to deck one, even when that is not playing.
But not syncing stable manner, but in a strange way…

Would that also be the case when the dader of deck one would be down?

Yes, happens even when the fader is down.

Hi,

First of all I must say that it’s clear that this is very, very problematic when you encounter it while DJing. You absolutely don’t want to experience this—it’s just embarrassing.

It also looks a lot like this issue that I entered in November last year:

Seeing you video I noticed we both experienced the same issue with Deck 1: it somehow manages to stay on ‘Play,’ even when the track has ended and the playhead is at the very end. This is rare but does happen occasionally.

When this happens, it somehow manages to ‘pull the track in Deck 2 down,’ causing awful and strange behavior in terms of steadiness, stability, and synchronization of that song.

I’m wondering if you’ve experienced this again since then, or was it a one-time occurrence? And have you found other tracks showing the same problem?
