Neural mix mapping on DDJ SR2

Hi there, I just got a DDJ-SR2 and I am not a huge fan of Serato.
The controller kind of works with Djay but I would like to use neural mix.
Anyone using this controller? Any idea, or mappings available, or suggestions on how to do it?
thanks!

Hi @MarcFinns,

Thanks for posting to the community for the first time!

To answer your question, your DDJ-SR2 should automatically be detected by djay when you plug in the controller. If there are certain functions you would like to assign, please refer to the link below for how to edit your MIDI mappings.

Additionally, as @Slak_Jaw graciously mentioned, the thread they provided as well is very useful in trying to achieve the Neural Mix configuration you would like!

Will DDJ SR2 natively support OS for I pad in future.

@DJ_Faisal given this controller is nearly 6 years old now and discontinued, I doubt native support will be coming to djay Pro AI on iOS.

My guess is the queue for providing native support includes a long list of much newer equipment and Algoriddim doesn’t currently have the resources to create MIDI mappings for older stuff.

Your best option is to choose equipment from their officially supported list.
