The Party Mix III unlocks the following features without a djay Pro subscription:
These two controllers support hardware unlocking for djay. Could you clarify which features are available for free when using them? For example, does the hardware unlock include Stems (Neural Mix) and other advanced features?

I think this controller, if advertised and marketed correctly, may get a lot more aspiring dj’s on the djay platform. This seems like the closest thing to a “pro” unlock.
Whats left to unlock with an actual subscription?

Included software (free): Algoriddim djay (iOS, Android), Serato DJ Lite, Algoriddim djay Pro (Mac, PC)
Does this mean that you can only use djay Pro on Mac and PC, or on the iPad/iPhone as well?
Hi @mstylez77, this device is supported on macOS, iOS, Windows and Android. If you want to use all djay Pro features, you need a subscription.
But it explicitly states that djay Pro is free—so what does “subscription” mean?
As stated above twice, SOME Pro features of djay are unlocked for free when using this hardware. If you want ALL of the Pro features, a subscription is required.

I’ve already bought the Djay Pro, and now I want to test just using the Djay features. Can I switch to Djay?
Hi @Koder, navigate to the djay Settings>My djay>My djay Account>…> and select Sign Out. This will log you out of your Pro subscription so you can test the unlocked free features when you connect the controller.
Hi again, I received the device today and everything is working, except I can’t seem to connect my iPad Pro 12.9 (4th Gen.) via Bluetooth. I’ve attached a picture below; it keeps searching but doesn’t find anything. Both the djay app and the iPad are fully updated, yet my iPhone 16 Pro Max connects to the controller immediately. Am I doing something wrong?
