A) SUMMARY OF ISSUE:
When i route manual FX to a stem (ex : vocal) and switch it on, there is no tail if I stop the track. When I do the same with manual FX without stem, the fx tail can be heard after I stop the track.
B) DETAILED STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
Play song.
Activate manual FX1 (Echo)
Set the FX path to Vocal only (the bug appears for any stem configuration)
Stop the tracK
The track sound stops and no tail can be heard after
C) EXPECTED RESULTS:
I would expect to hear the FX tail
D) ACTUAL RESULTS:
The track sounds stops and no FX tail (echo in my example)
Hi @VNAelectro, I’ve merged your new topic with this exiting one as they are closely related. Please note that everything related to Neural Mix is processed last in the audio chain. This is currently expected behaviour. However, there is a newer feature in djay called Mute FX which might help in your use case.
Mute FX is nice, but is there any plans to add reverb as mute FX in the future? Now there is only echo, I’m mainly using the reverb trail while muting.

You’re right this could be a work around since my main use is during the transition between 2 tracks where I keep the accapella on the finishing track and would like the echo tail to remain when I stop the track.
Hello, just now voted as I would also like Post Fader FX trail on Neural Mix FX. The mute fx is great, but still limited on what can be done compared to if the Neural Mix FX were post fader. Hopefully this is a limitation that can be overcome soon.
