The performer is where it’s at!! I’m so sad I’m about to bury it in my furniture for mobile gigs because I’m having more fun with it than my Rane 12’s and Reloop Elite. I’m having minor issue with left oled displays/pads. I’m not sure if this is Rane or djay pro issue. I haven’t experienced it with Serato but only ran it for 10 or so mins because I’m no longer using sdj pro. Jw if I’m alone.
I agree! Although I’m having some specific djay pro issues with my Rane Performer, even with my M2 Max djay pro just runs smoother than serato imo.

I’m also having some specific screen issues with Djay Pro and Rane Performer. I can make a separate topic if necessary. My left screen on the performer will sometimes have laggy waveforms, revert back to the Rane Performer logo, and in one case yesterday, the acapella out, and any stems buttons were dropping the volume completely. On a few acapella out mixes I was creating on the fly, the crowd thought I was just cutting off the chorus entirely. I looked like an idiot lol. I thought this was a Rane Performer issue, so before I sent Rane an email, I decided to run Serato for a half hour. The above issues did not surface once. I started up djay pro, and immediately could replicate every thing I mentioned above except for the stems muting volume completely. The bottom pic is a serato waveform on the left jog for a reference.

@Slak_Jaw just want to follow up a bit. The manufacturer sent me a new Rane Performer. I got to use it for about 30 minutes last night, but had to get it installed back into its table due to rain and a weekend event. While in the 30 minutes I used it, I had no jog wheel waveforms lagging, I did still encounter this issue here, where the pads on the left side did not initially light up until I toggled through the modes. The oled screens were showing the correct info for the cue points but no pads were lit, and for the sampler, the oled displays did not work until you pressed them a few times and toggled through the modes. Last night was my first event with my new performer. The screens never went blank, but the neural mix was only working on the left deck this event. Last week it was the right side. Has there been any progress? I was unable to take a video at the event because when I hit the acapella button the entire track mutes and nothing fixes it aside from reloading the track. This is not happening with my Reloop Elite.
Hi @jmoak311, sorry to hear about this. Thanks for the details. I’ve passed these onto engineering to see if they can replicate it. If you are able to reproduce and and capture a video that would be very helpful.

Good afternoon guys! It’s a small sample size, but when I moved my trailer, I plugged in djay pro to my Rane Performer and played with a few tracks from Beatsource and djay pro crates. In my 10 minutes of switching between tracks etc. I experienced 0 problems when using neural mix and stem split feature. Tomorrow I will put it through the wringer but am feeling hopeful.
Dj’d a 6 hour event yesterday. Neural mix worked as expected all night. The screens have also not went blank for my last 3 events. I didn’t change USB cables etc. Not sure if it was the update or not, but am extremely happy.

Nope! And we’re back! Gig tonight, Right Screen was initially working then switched/reset to the Rane Performer boot image. Stayed there the rest of the event.
Also something I’ve noticed. When searching, I’m not finding songs unless I search with the artist and find it myself title myself. Is this new behavior? Search for the song title no dice, but search the artist name and filter through them myself until I find the track. I can search these by title in Serato.
