RB Imported Hot Cues only Green and Occasionally Missing Hot Cue A

A) SUMMARY OF ISSUE:
2 issues:

Playing from RB playlist into Djay Pro.

  1. Hot Cue A is missing occasionally.
  2. All hot cues are green while in RB they are multicolored.

B) DETAILED STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

  1. Drag songs into RB playlist and analyze with hot cues.
  2. Open Djay Pro and look at the playlist
  3. Issues are there.

C) EXPECTED RESULTS:

  1. Hot cue A is imported always
  2. Colors are the same across RB and Djay Pro.

D) ACTUAL RESULTS:

Neither.
