I have the same issues using djay pro. Thinking about changing to Traktor. Anybody any experience with Traktor?

I have a new IPad Pro and Mixon 4. Still horrible popping and hissing. For $2000 just between the two, this should not be happening. Algoriddim doesn’t stand behind their products at all. I have received no help with any of the multiple issues this system has.
