Like many others here, I also bought the Hercules Inpulse 200 mk thinking that Algoriddim DJay for MacOS was supported. I love the Inpulse 200 mk so far and dread returning it. Please, please support the controller for MacOS.
Bump! Hoping for an official midi map soon!

Your question/suggestion/feedback:
Hi everyone,
I downloaded DJay for macOS and have the Pro version running. I also have a Hercules DJControl Inpulse 200 MK2 which is supposed to be supported out of the box, based on the DJ Hardware supported list.
However, when I plug in the hardware it gets recognized but there’s no mapping anywhere. I also won’t see anywhere the (built-in) preset. There’s only one MIDI Configuration named “DJ Control Inpulse 200 MK2”.
I also tried downloading the midi mapping from Hercule’s website but again, after installing and confirming it won’t do anything. Still a single preset and no mapping at all.
I’ve also tried uninstalling and installing DJay again, with no results. Installing Hercules drivers won’t also do any difference.
I can map the controls myself but I thought DJay was suposed to have a pre-built mapping for this device as stated on the website, but for some reason it’s not working for me.
Any clue on how to fix this?
Thank you,
Hi @Ataliano, I’ve merged your post with this existing topic. Please note that currently only the MK1 version is supported. However, if you look above and in the linked topic below, one of our users has made a custom MIDI mapping for the MK2 version. Thanks!
Hi - Wanted to reach out for some help regarding my Hercules Impulse 200 MKT Controller- Not Responding to DJay Software. I’m using my IPAD and everything loaded correctly with the APP, along with the software recognizing the controller after I went into the MIDI section however when I go to turn or push a button on the controller there is no response with the software, any help would be appreciated?
Thanks!

When is the native support for Hercules DJControl 200 MK2 coming? I am a beginner trying to get into djing and I wanted to get this controller since it has beat matching and tempo guide indicators and downloaded djay pro because it has Apple Music support but was a bit sad to see that native support isnt available? Really hoping you add the support for this controller because from all the research I have done about the controller, it is the best one for beginners (depends on person to person)

Once again voicing my request for native support for this device. It has been far too long.
Casting my vote to have native mapping for the hercules inpulse 200 mk2 Sad to see that the Mk1 is supported but not the second one… If this doesn’t change going to have to cancel my subscriptions. I don’t understand why this is difficult, could someone please enlighten me? Thank you, and hoping against hope that this gets the support!!
