I have the same issue Mac Mini M4. Started 2 days ago…

Are you all using Tidal?

yes all on tidal I believe

I have a ticket in for Tidal.. They are actively troubleshooting on their end. I don’t think its a DJay Pro issue, it does the same in Serato

I have a macbook pro M1 and I have the same issue. I can’t load Tidal Videos. I can only load and play normal tracks. When I load videos I get an error: “Could not load track Asset is not ready for playback”.

Hi @Julian_Tucker, welcome to the Community! Thanks for the additional info.

I had the exact same issue this weekend. Maybe one in 20 videos worked. And all songs worked through Tidal. Did all the resets (device, app, account log out/in, changed from WiFi to 5G) with no change at all
IPad Pro 12,9’
Reloop Beatpad2
Latest app version

Thanks for the additional info @Rikard_Sauce

Same issue for me over the weekend, most videos not working with exact same error code " Asset is not ready for playback"

Using Tidal - Tried lofgging out and usual resets with no fix found.

Hi,

Thank you for your patience as we look through this issue.

We really appreciate you bringing this to our attention and have shared it with our team. Based on our findings, the issue appears to be related to factors outside of TIDAL’s platform.
To help you move forward, we recommend reaching out to the device manufacturer or platform support team, as they’ll be best equipped to assist you with the next steps.

Furthermore, be sure to keep your TIDAL app updated to the latest version so you don’t miss out on any future fixes or improvements.

Thanks again for taking the time to report this!

Thanks for sharing @Jaynique

Is there still no fix for this? Would be great to know as I will have to make alternative plans for this weekend, thank you.

All videos play through the Tidal app so it must be an issue with Algoriddim or am I missing something?

Hi @Terry_Timlin, we don’t have any updates from Tidal on this issue yet. If it were me, I’d make alternative plans for my weekend gigs.

What are the alternative plans? I have a gig in 2 days and they want karaoke. My plan was to connect the video to the projector so they can sing along to the lyrics. Any ideas?
