Seems to be an issue with my PC (windows store corrupt) but as a workaround I managed to install it using windows PowerShell.

Run Windows PowerShell as admin and type

Add-AppxPackage -Path “C:[your file path].appx”

Now to get the Spin working (in another thread).

I have a Demo version that works fine and that I want to update so I’ve just bought the app on Win Store but I can’t manage to install it (error Code: 0x80240013).
What can I do?
