Hello all please can someone help out. Just bought the 24c. Mixer works perfectly with real vinyl, no issues. When I attempt to connect to djay pro it will not recognise the mixer I’ve tried everything. No audio device detected nothing in midi device. Naturally cannot calibrate Dvs as it cannot find the mixer. I’ve followed the instructions to programme the Dvs on the mixer but nothing is working. I’m really at a loss and may have to send the mixer back as my main purpose was to use Dvs with djaypro. If anyone can get this thing to be recognised I’d be very grateful. Thankyou guys.

- If you are using Windows 11, are you on 25H2?
- How exactly are you connecting to the 24C?
