Can you tell me which DJ apps this supports? Serato, RB, VDJ?
Banger of an update guys! Thanks for always putting in the hard work to make Djay better and better! I didn’t see any specific mentions of fixes for Rane Performer. Is it possible these things are addressed in this update (screens dropping out, Stem triggering delays)? It’s what is keeping me from being able to really use Djay full-time currently. Which is frustrating because I really prefer it now to Serato. Thanks again guys!
thank you !!! my traktor files open perfectly in DJay Pro..just spent days trying to convert them and you fixed it all ! And loops and cues on the same page so i can do routines without touching the laptop !! bless you !!!
Fantastic I have really been missing the ability to make a loop a normal Hot cue. I used to use it all the time in other apps and I’m really happy. It’s now in this one. Can I just ask? Is it technically possible for the screens to work on the FLX 10 when using iOS? As in, will it work at some point or is it not technically possible at all?
Hi @Nubium, per the FLX10 Jog Wheel screen support topic:
NOTE: I spoke with engineering, and unfortunately jog wheel screens cannot be supported on iOS devices because this implementation requires HID which is not supported on iOS.
For anyone using the FLX10 on iOS, djay 5.4.1 for iOS is now rolling out to the App Store and should be available within the next hour or so. It contains a fix for the DDJ-FLX10 not being detected on iOS devices only (no other changes).
I don’t own a FLX10, so I haven’t kept up to date with this, but I kind of remember reading that some of the hardware effects were not supported before. Is it now the case that they are all usable, because that would make me consider buying one?
