To use iCloud syncing please ensure you have enough free space on your iCloud account. You can verify the syncing status in djay in the settings under Advanced > iCloud on both djay 2 and the new djay app.
Otherwise you can also transfer data manually by following these instructions:

Fair point iTurtle. May I suggest you start with the upgrade option for $9.99 for the first year and then re-evaluate in a year? We have a lot planned for the coming months so you might look at it differently then.
Regarding our previous iOS apps, if you previously purchased them you can re-download them at any point and continue to use them, but we don’t have any updates planned for them.

You can use the DDJ-WeGo4 without a subscription, but it doesn’t unlock any additional features. You can download the app for free and give it a try!
It’s not in the current release but we plan to bring that to iOS in one of the next updates.

Hi Lucas, since you already signed up for the free trial you will first have to wait until it expires before you can sign up for the discounted price. Until then you can use the fully-featured app.
From the screenshot it looks like you already stopped renewal of the subscription and the free trial will expire on Dec 21. Afterwards djay should offer you the option for the discounted option, provided that you have one of the previous apps (djay 2, djay Pro, or vjay) installed on the same device.

I found it in the single deck mode. The whole app is a joke, it went from Pro to Toy. It’s obvious that the people who redesigned this app are not dj’s but music producers. This was suppose to be a tool for djs and they just screwed everyone who actually uses this app to dj events (this is based on the assumption that they will not update DJAY PRO for iOS anymore, which by the way a million times better).

Battery is low but my patience is ever lower, nothing about this release is good. Even your subscription isn’t working. And in case you bring up having the other djay apps installed, I have DJ pro on my iPad and djay 2 on my phone. Both a million times better

We have to consider how much it cost them or any company to upkeep any App
Even the cost of the rest of the Apps. It certainly doesn’t cover the upkeep for a long period of time.
